PAYMENTS

Payment for all services is required in full at the time of booking and must be completed through the website or an official invoice. Accepted forms of payment include major debit and credit cards, along with Klarna and Afterpay. Payment plans, deposits, or partial payments are not offered. All payments are final. Refunds are only considered if Daeluxe Designs LLC chooses to cancel your project. In those cases, the refund amount will be determined based on how much work has already been completed.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the customized nature of design work, all sales are non-refundable. Once payment has been submitted, cancellations initiated by the client will not result in a refund. If Daeluxe Designs LLC cancels a project for any reason, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the stage of the project. We also reserve the right to discontinue a project if a client becomes unprofessional, uncooperative, or disrespectful. Refunds are not guaranteed in these circumstances.

TURNAROUND TIME

Design turnaround times typically range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the service selected. The timeline officially begins once all required information, forms, and content are submitted through the client portal. Turnaround times apply to business days only and do not include weekends or holidays. Delays in submitting required materials may result in your project being paused and rescheduled.

Rush delivery may be available for select services for an additional $50 fee, allowing delivery within 2 business days. Rush options are not available for branding packages or website projects.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for submitting all required forms, content, and brand assets within 5 days of booking. Failure to meet this deadline may result in a $50 inconvenience fee or cancellation of the project.

If communication is lost for at least 14 days during an active project, a $100 restart fee will be required to continue work. Projects with no response for 30 days or more will be closed without a refund, and future bookings may be declined.

DESIGN REVISIONS & CHANGES

Each service includes up to three complimentary revisions, which cover minor edits such as color tweaks, font changes, or small text adjustments. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at $10 per revision.

Requests involving major layout changes, concept shifts, or direction changes are considered redesigns and require a $40 redesign fee. This applies to all services, including logo design. Requests for additional logo concepts beyond those originally provided will also be treated as redesigns. Once final designs are approved and delivered, any further changes will require a redesign fee.

FILE DELIVERY & USAGE

Final deliverables are provided in .JPG and .PNG formats. PDF files may be requested if needed. Editable source files, such as .AI or .PSD, are not included. All design previews are shared through the client portal and remain watermarked until final approval and payment are confirmed. Daeluxe Designs LLC retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and on social media unless a copyright transfer has been purchased.

DIGITAL GOODS

All digital products, including templates, downloads, and pre-made designs, are sold as-is and are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final.

THE DAELUXE SOCIETY RETAINERS

Retainer packages are available in monthly options of 5, 10, 15, or 20 graphics. All retainers require a minimum two-month commitment.

After the initial commitment period, retainers may be canceled with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date. Retainers renew on the 1st of each month, with payment due by the 3rd. Clients may choose their preferred design deliverables each month, including flyers, thank-you cards, product labels, and similar items. Any unused designs do not roll over to future months. Retainer clients may pause services once per commitment term with proper notice. Additional pauses will result in retainer termination, and the slot will be released. To restart services, a new two-month commitment is required. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling, rush delivery at no additional cost, and up to five revisions per month. Timely submission of content is required to maintain the agreed delivery schedule.
