BEFORE WE CREATE

A few things to know before we get started. These policies help keep the creative process clear, organized, and seamless for both parties,

BOOKING + PAYMENT

Your project is officially booked once payment has been received and any required onboarding forms have been submitted.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated for a specific service/service package.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Klarna, and Afterpay, via the client portal.

Custom payment plans, or partial payments are available depending on the project scope.

PAYMENTS ARE FINAL

Because design services are customized and time is reserved specifically for your project, payments are non-refundable.

Client cancellations after payment has been submitted are not eligible for a refund.

If Daeluxe Designs needs to cancel a project, a full or partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

PROJECT TIMELINES

Standard turnaround times are typically 2–10 business days, depending on the service selected.

Your timeline begins once all required forms, information, content, and brand assets have been submitted through the client portal.

Client materials must be submitted within 5 days of booking. Delays in providing required materials may cause your project to be paused or rescheduled, and a $50 inconvenience fee may apply.

RUSH PROJECTS

Rush delivery may be available for select services for an additional $50 fee, with delivery within approximately 2 business days.

Rush service is not available for branding packages or website projects and is subject to availability.

REVISIONS + CHANGES

Each service includes up to 3 complimentary revision rounds, unless otherwise stated.

Revisions may include minor adjustments such as:

Color changes
Font changes
Text edits
Small layout adjustments

Additional revisions are available for $10 per revision.

REDESIGNS

A redesign is different from a revision.

Major layout changes, new concepts, or significant changes to the approved creative direction are considered redesigns and are subject to a $40 redesign fee.

Additional logo concepts beyond those included in your selected service are also considered redesigns.

Once final designs have been approved and delivered, additional changes will require the applicable redesign fee.

COMMUNICATION + CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clear communication helps keep your project on schedule.

You are responsible for providing accurate project information, copy, images, logos, brand assets, and other requested materials. Please ensure you have the appropriate rights and permissions to use anything you provide.

If communication is lost for 14 consecutive days during an active project, a $50 restart fee will apply before work can resume.

Projects with no response for 30 days or more may be considered abandoned and closed without a refund. Future bookings may also be declined.

Daeluxe Designs LLC also reserves the right to discontinue a project if a client becomes abusive, disrespectful, threatening, or consistently unprofessional. Refunds are not guaranteed in these circumstances.

FILES, OWNERSHIP + PORTFOLIO

Final deliverables are provided in JPG and PNG formats. PDF files may be provided upon request when appropriate for the project.

Editable source files, including AI, PSD, and other working files, are not included unless purchased or agreed upon separately.

Design previews are shared through the client portal and may remain watermarked until final approval and payment have been confirmed.

Once the project is complete and final payment requirements have been met, your final files will be provided for use.

Daeluxe Designs LLC reserves the right to display completed work on its website, portfolio, social media, and other marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

MONTHLY DESIGN SERVICES

Your DesignHER, on call.

Monthly Design is for businesses that need consistent creative support without booking individual projects each time.

Available plans include:

5 • 10 • 15 • 20 GRAPHICS PER MONTH

All Monthly Design plans require a minimum 2-month commitment.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Monthly Design may include eligible deliverables such as:

Flyers
Social graphics
Thank-you cards
Product labels
Promotional graphics
Similar marketing materials

Clients may choose their preferred deliverables each month, provided they remain within the scope of their selected plan.

BILLING & UNUSED DESIGNS

Retainers renew on the 1st of each month, with payment due by the 3rd.

Unused design slots do not roll over into future months. Monthly allocations reset at the beginning of each billing period.

RETAINER PERKS

Monthly Design clients receive:

Priority scheduling

Rush delivery at no additional cost for eligible requests

Up to 5 revisions per month

Timely submission of content and feedback is required to maintain the agreed delivery schedule.

PAUSING & CANCELLING

Retainer clients may pause their services once per commitment term with proper notice.

Additional pauses will result in termination of the retainer and release of the reserved design slot.

After the initial 2-month commitment, retainers may be canceled with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date.

To restart a terminated retainer, a new 2-month commitment is required.
